If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us of your intention to return the goods to our Boutique within 3 days of receipt and we will issue you a refund upon receipt of the item, returned to us within 5 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below.
Please handle all items with care. Item must be returned to us intact, undamaged and as soon as reasonably possible. When trying on clothing please do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing make-up, perfume/deodorant which may leave a scent or marks.
We will be unable to accept the return of any item where these instructions have not been followed.

At Phoenix_V we have a special dress for all of life’s occasions. Our stunning Efia dress is ideal for any special occasion. It is perfect for wedding guest, ladies day at the races, black tie, mother of the bride, mother of the groom, debs, bridesmaids and red carpet.
The Efia dress is a beautiful sage green leather-effect a-line dress. It features edgy gold hardware throughout and a full length zip. With this dress you are sure to stand out anywhere!
The Efia dress is available to purchase online or in store off the rack in standard sizes 6-16. Alternatively, you can order our Efia dress in a variety of colours and tailored for each individual personal taste and style.
You can pop into our boutique and fit on your desired design, we can then assist you with any design alterations changes we may recommend. We will make your dress with the design elements changed as requested. This process generally takes 4-14 weeks. The lead time depending on the design and time of year. There is an additional charge for design or fabric changes.
