These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from Phoenixv, both in-store and online. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
We take care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. In-Store Purchases (Returns Policy)
We operate a strict policy on in-store purchases:
• We do not offer refunds or returns for items purchased in-store where you have changed your mind.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Faulty or Defective Goods
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with Irish consumer law.

Depending on the situation, this may include:
• Repair
• Replacement
• Refund

Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe an item is faulty.

Gift Cards / Vouchers
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be used within the validity period stated.

Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, except where required by law.

Governing Law

Bespoke Design Terms & Conditions – Phoenixv

At Phoenixv, we are proud to offer a bespoke design service, allowing clients to create unique, made-to-measure pieces tailored to their individual style, preferences, and measurements.

By engaging in our bespoke service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Bespoke Service
Our bespoke service includes consultations, design development, sketching, pattern creation, and garment production. Clients may:

• Customise existing Phoenixv designs (including combining elements from multiple dresses)
• Select preferred colours, fabrics, and finishes
• Provide inspirational imagery to guide the design process

All bespoke garments are created using Phoenixv’s design expertise and craftsmanship.

2. Design Development Process
Following your consultation, our team will create design sketches based on your requirements. Once you approve the final design, we proceed to pattern making and production. Approval of sketches confirms acceptance of the design direction.

3. Ownership of Designs & Patterns
All designs, sketches, patterns, and final garments created as part of the bespoke service remain the exclusive intellectual property of Phoenixv.

While your bespoke piece is made specifically for you, Phoenixv retains full rights to:

• Reproduce the design
• Adapt or modify the design
• Offer the design or variations of it for sale in future collections

Clients do not acquire ownership, copyright, or exclusive rights to any design created by Phoenixv.

4. Client Inspiration & Contributions
Where clients provide inspiration images or ideas, these are used as references only. The final design is an original interpretation created by Phoenixv and remains the property of the brand.

5. Exclusivity
Unless expressly agreed in writing prior to production, bespoke designs are not exclusive to the client.

6. Measurements & Fit
Bespoke garments are made according to the measurements taken during consultation.

7. Returns & Alterations
Due to the personalised nature of bespoke garments, all bespoke orders are final and non-refundable. Alterations carry an additional charge.

8. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with a bespoke order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Returns on On Line Orders

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us of your intention to return the goods to our Boutique within 3 days of receipt and we will issue you a refund upon receipt of the item, returned to us within 5 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below.

Please handle all items with care. Item must be returned to us intact, undamaged and as soon as reasonably possible. When trying on clothing please do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing make-up, perfume/deodorant which may leave a scent or marks.

We will be unable to accept the return of any item where these instructions have not been followed.

Take your parcel to any Post Office ensuring you obtain a receipt for proof of postage. We recommend you use a delivery method that insures you for the value of the item
